From the first 'dummy' issue in 2003 to the penultimate one in 2005, I wrote a page in every issue of Switzerland's glossy English-language magazine with the questionable name of 'CREAM' (always in capitals).

In May 2005 the editor of the month (by this time they were changing editors faster than the magazine was coming out) wrote dispensing with my services. The next issue was their last. I draw no conclusions from this...
